Residential Awnings (fixed + motorized retractable)

Multiple Motorized Lateral Arm Retractable Awnings and one ‘Fixed’ Dome Bay-window Awning at a sprawling estate in Redlands, CA. The Retractable Awnings were installed with manual override motors that feature wind sensor safety devices and wireless remote control operation. The ‘Fixed’ Dome Bay-window Awning required a flush mounting that had to conform to 2 irregular angles at points over the window and still have clearance for the operation of the Retractable Awning on its right. Recipient of both IFAI and WCPA Awards for Excellence and Achievement.
